Sex and eroticism are not separate from who we are. They are woven into our identity, relationships, and vitality. Cultural and family narratives, trauma and religion have all played a big role in creating shame and separating us from ourselves. And that then separates us from each other. Shame sucks.

I believe the world cannot truly change until we each connect with - and create a healthy relationship with - our own eroticism. Intimacy can be taught and skill to create good relationships can be learned (phew, right?).

Decades of working in leadership, systems change, somatics and doing my own deep inner transformational work have all contributed richly to my work as a sex and relationship coach. I bring an embodied, practical approach to help others learn how to build intimacy and great relationships.

I am currently completing a Sexologist certification with the renowned Somatica Institute (to be awarded in spring 2026).
