The working principle of Embodied Leadership Lab is this: patterns repeat. If a leader is overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves or reactive, those patterns replicate. In meetings. In culture. In outcomes.
This is not a metaphor. It is how systems behave.
When you as a leader change how you show up in the moments that repeat, decisions change, conversations change, what gets reinforced changes, over time a system reorganises. Not because you imposed change. Because you embodied it. And you can’t fake embodiment.
